"I absolutely love this program. I took it more for a healing course and I’m in the process of doing just that. Aimee goes through negative beliefs we have been told all of our life and helps correct them by first explaining them, giving us journal prompts, and then a clearing script. Just reading through them before even journaling I had tears in my eyes just because I felt they were perfectly tailored for me. It’s so thought provoking. I’ll go to journal and think I’m done. Then I’ll go about my day/week and then I’ll remember something else. It’s so therapeutic. Things keep coming up for me as I work through the journal prompts. "Wow this course has been the best thing I could have ever done. Each belief brought up memories I never would have remembered unless asked the way Aimee asked. Several of the beliefs I didn’t think I would have anything to work through and those were the toughest and brought up the deepest things. Its amazing what I was holding onto. "I don't fear leaving food on a plate. I don't have to eat it all. And its not wasteful, and this has been mostly with dessert foods. Since I started coaching clients all over the world, I have seen 100% of them limited and self-sabotaging with at least half of these beliefs playing out in their lives, if not all of them. 
We have been taught in our lives to believe we can't do or be alot of things. Specifically with weight, we have been taught we can't be thin if our family is overweight. That if somehow, we do become thin it will be hard to maintain and we will be miserable, never being able to enjoy the foods we love. That it's unsafe to be thin because we will be judged, lusted after and will lose friends if they are jealous of us being smaller than they are. 
We have been conditioned to believe that being overweight is just a physical issue BUT....

Did you know there is emotional, spiritual and mental weight we carry that can cause physical weight? Because of beliefs you have taken on from trauma and/or others, you can sabotage and resist becoming your ideal weight and ideal self!

Weight is a protection to keep us feeling safe. With believing the things we have been conditioned to, we then believe that being thin leads to struggle, so of course you believe that you are better off overweight where you are safer and it's easier.I believed these things for years and I can tell you first hand it is NOT easier! Believing these things held me back from so many things and I was miserable. 
Do you feel you are being held back from relationships, intimacy, career, parenthood, etc. all because of your weight? I get it, I used weight as a reason to hold back from a lot of things. Personally, I used weight to hold back in business, intimacy, motherhood, etc. but then I lived in so much guilt, shame and regret because of it. It’s a vicious cycle! I don’t want you to live with that regret anymore. I want you to be free from these restrictions as well. I want you to feel light and free. I want you to feel safe being seen and your ideal weight.
