In this in depth remote session, I clear negative/dark/toxic energy from the entire space: walls, floor, entryways, appliances, electronics, furniture, vehicles, property (street, parking lot), etc. I then shield against anyone's energy going towards the property (Especially if you are trying to sell, neighbors, realtors 'money blocks/beliefs in your home selling', etc)
