I created this food journal for myself after I had released 80lbs by changing my mindset and mindfully eating, to only find myself emotionally eating again during stressful times and triggers from past trauma. I share this with you and coach you before and after you eat, to help you be more aware of your hunger, your emotional eating triggers, and to help you master intuitive eating.

Intuitive Eating is having the awareness of not only the food you choose to eat but why you choose to eat. It is so important to pay attention to your body, thoughts and feelings before, during and after you eat.
Emotional hunger is difficult to get past on your own. However, by being more aware of why you are drawn to food, you put yourself in a position to make better choices instead of eating out of boredom, to numb or suppress your emotions, and/or to free yourself from family cycles and patterns you have been living out. (Clean your plate, can’t waste money by throwing food away, etc.)
This journal is an invaluable tool and comes complete with 60 meals worth of workbook pages to get you asking deep questions before and after you eat, so you can be in the habit of talking with your body to know if you are eating out of true hunger or eating emotionally.
