I created this food journal for myself after I had released 80lbs by changing my mindset and mindfully eating, to only find myself emotionally eating again during stressful times and triggers from past trauma. I share this with you and coach you before and after you eat, to help you be more aware of your hunger, your emotional eating triggers, and to help you master intuitive eating.
Intuitive Eating is having the awareness of not only the food you choose to eat but why you choose to eat. It is so important to pay attention to your body, thoughts and feelings before, during and after you eat.
